Hooked up my "My-Fi" portable XM today - it works good.

I just could not find a good rearward "place" to mount the antenna - except on a home-made whip.

This is the basic rig. My-Fi attached to the right rear speaker. My 1GB MP3 player plugs into the same space.

XM car antenna high on whip. Clears my big helmet. Will be relocated to rear soon.

Now reception isn't a problem.

My throttle lock is always on - so I can change stations, adjust volume etc...
