U.P. Hwy 2

I stopped in this place on Hwy 2 on the shores of Lake Michigan and found some of the best smoked salmon I have ever had. Maybe it was partly the area, the ride, or the building hunger after passing so many smoked fish and pasty places. My picnic was a memorable one. I didn't want to sit in a restaurant on a day like this, so I grabbed stuff for my picnic and headed to a roadside park.
