Malossi Variator Adjuster Spring ~Installed~

Malossi Variator Adjuster Spring

Optimal Variator adjustment is the Variator back pressure. This spring puts back pressure on the back converter ~Speed Drive-Torque Drive~. This in turn influences the "behavior" of the variator When the belt starts to slip, or the torque changes when accelerating or when the motor, despite variator adjustment with roller sets, just doesn't reach optimal rpm's then the variator spins. After being installed, variator rolls, and if necessary, clutch springs should be Stable, we find this the only way to coordinate the whole system.
