Empty cup holder. You can see the duct tape holding the two arms closed with the right spacing for the cup I use.

Side view of the cup holder showing the weatherstripping on the back side held in place with...what else? Duct tape! :D The weatherstripping is needed to keep the cup holder from bouncing back and forth.
