Clearview shield for 400's is now available

Postby Paul » Wed Aug 23, 2006 15:28 15

Don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but the clearview shields for the 400 appear to be available now...very cool, a choice of several heights, tinted or clear, and an optional vent system...so many choices to make before ordering...

You need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use duct tape.

Last week when I called I was told it would be 1 week from order to ship, and it took me a while to figure out what size I wanted, so today when I called and placed my order I was told it would be 2 weeks from order to ship. Sigh.

2 weeks? Took me over a year to get mine. Of course, Clearview did have to find time to design it. ;)

Oh, yeah, there is that... :)

I'm not complaining if they're as high quality as people say they are.

I bought one for the wife's 400 at the Renegade Rally. Two wheeled touring had them in stock complete with the vent. :)
