I live in North Carolina....
The Burgman title is held By Navy Federal Credit Union...
The only problem is this: Because I am military. I live in NC but my vehicles are register and I am licensed in VA...(My VA license has a NC address on it) I will be going back to VA in May -July Time frame... however when ever I try to register a vehicle (three times so far) the DMV always gives me a problem and I always spend hours there... I'm afraid someday if I go there and try to register a vehicle and the won't allow me to do it...

I'm just curious. Why do you like the 250cc Reflex better than the Silverwing?? I don't have a Reflex, but I do have a 250 (looks like a Helix). I'm just thinking you might trigger something in me that would make me like my 250cc better and not wish I had a Silverwing or Burgie.
Thanks much.

Mine looks exactly like a Helix, but it is a CF MOTO. I've had it up to 72 indicated. I don't like it on the freeway cause it's max'ed out with no extra passing power, but it gets me around til I get a Burgie.

Hey Guys
The answer to your question about why I like the 'flex better than the SWing (and the BMan 650 I had) is that it depends on what you want out of a bike.
I find the 'flex is very smooth and quiet. It is light so easy to move around when parking and when riding around town. Surprisingly, I find it very stable on the highway and I easily cruise at 70-75 mph with it. It does everything I want from a scoot except easy 2 up riding.
If I were doing a lot of 2 up riding in addition to my daily commuting, I'd keep the SWing and that would be perfect for me.
If I were doing any significant touring in addition to daily commuting, I would have kept the 650 since I think that's the best touring bike.
As it is, I seem to be doing less touring and less 2 up riding these days so the 'flex is perfect for me.
Hope that helps.

I used to work in a Bagel store inWhipanny for years... This was in 94-96... before I joined the Navy. Now I'm in North Carolina...
Anyway in May or Jun timeframe I will be moving up to VA and deploying in September... I'll be gone for 6-9 months so I may sell my Burgie 400 prior to deploying.

If that is OTD, taxes, MV etc. then yes, a good deal. If they aren't included, then it is just a bit high but still ok (IMHO)
Top speed is probably around 80 -85 or so. I don't like going that high on it but I've been 70-75 mph many times and it still has some guts left.

Jerseybiker, what's the latest on your SW sale? How far are you located from Norfolk, VA? BTW I was wanting to know the kind of mpg this SW gets.

Howdy JP - Still looking to sell tho' no rush at this point. Another month or so and spring will be here and she'll go for sure.
I'm in zip 07068 so, check on mapquest for an exact but my guess is about 300 miles.
No idea on the gas mpg - I've never checked on it.
