Hi, hows everyone? I just received my 2007 Burgman 400 and absolutely love it. I cant wait for the rain to go away so I can ride it more. I look forward to "meeting" you all on this forum.

Now that you’ve joined the ranks of Burgman owners, might I suggest that you look into joining the “local” club BAMR (Bay Area Maxi Riders) The link to the club site is http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/BayAreaMaxiRiders/It's easy to join and there are no dues. We have members all over Northern California who range in age from their twenties into their eighties, both men and women, and ride all sorts of different maxis, with the majority riding Burgmans and SWings. Although we haven't lately we typically try to have a monthly group ride; look forward to seeing you on an upcoming ride or out on the road.

If you don't mind me asking where in Northern CA are you? I'm in San Jose myself.

Thanks everyone for the welcome. I am in Yuba City...not too far from most of you NorCal guys.

Steve, I'll check out the link you provided, it would be cool to meet up for a group ride.

I can say that I have not seen any Burgmans out...ever, but now that I am a proud owner of one, I expect that they will start sticking out. Hope to see ya cruisin.
