First Ride

Today I got to ride my new to me K8 400 for an extended ride. Filled the tank, rode 118 miles 2up with the wife on back, 400 lbs . We rode the twisters in the foothills of the Ouchitas in AR. It handled great. We refilled the tank 2 miles from home, 118 miles, 1.6 gallons, readout was 59.4, pencil puts mpg at 73.5, I'm very pleased. We only drove 55-65 mph but I think that is pretty good.

Awesome! I had my first ride today too, though only a sad 13 miles due to poor weather and battery issues early in the day.
Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit, but wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad.
