What is the best way to set up a 400 Burgman to tow a small trailer?

Check with Bill Meek on this website for a good answer to this question.
He had a fellow in E. Tenn. build him a hitch assembly... Bill & a fellow named
Haskel from Paducah, Kentucky are 2 of the people that I know of, that have
this trailer hitch set-up....I have seen the trailer hitch that Haskel has, when
he attended the scooter rally in Eureka Springs, Ark. several years ago on his
Burg 400, pulling his trailer.

I'm sorry if I'm answering a question that no one has asked but if I was going to be pulling a trailer, I'd be keeping a real close eye on my transmission. Cars with automatic transmissions can encounter failures due overheating problems when pulling a trailers. As a complete guess, and IMVHO, a 400cc scooter may not have a tremendous margin for error.
