Does anyone have any information on this, CHIP POTENCIA . It is calms to increase power by about 8hp. Does it work and how does it work. Can it damage the scoot?

This looks familiar - another chip that was floating around was also from Spain.

Actually, I'm too cheap to go too fast. Have you seen the price of gas lately?

another snake-oil idea for those that have $50.00 or so they want to part with... I just love how fuzzy the picture of the product itself is..

Had a discussion on this on the 400 board. All this is, is a $3 potentiometer mounted on a $2 dollar circuit board with a pretty case. It fools the computer into thinking the air is colder, which the computer reacts by tinkering with timing and the fuel mixture.
