I have the same buzz on the front of mine. I think its from the panel under the windshield. I can place my hand on the panel just under the l/h mirror and it quiets it some. It just started a few days ago and I haven't taken the time to track this down yet. It does it mainly in the 3-4500 rpm range.
You might try placing the scooter on the center stand and start it up and run the motor up until you hear the buzzing. Placing your hand on the offending panel should show you right where its coming from.

Mine does it at warm up, or when sitting in the sun light, I placed a small strip of velco tape one side in between the dash and screen, no more noise

That reminds me my '03 had a plastic rattle coming from the two pieces of the top dash. I could hold the two and stop it from rattling. I was going to take it apart and put a piece of foam in there.

I found a small deflector about as big as my open hand under the front handlebars above the fender and I can wiggle it a bit, I think it is supposed to be tight. As soon as I figure out how I'll tighten it down. Makes a buzzing on the freeway that I think is the piece moving back and forth in the wind.
One windshield screw wasn't screwed in to the other sides black frame thing either I got that fixed. Still a buzz but it's not as bad. I'll have to keep looking for the culprit.

I always used some 2" masking tape trying it in various spots to isolate the noise. Works good with wind noises on cars.

My 400 was buzzing and it was driving me nuts..but I found on mine, that the front cowl where it meets the glove box, the hooks on one side was worn down. I added some electrical tape to take up the slack, and it stopped. Good luck~!

I went through 3 Honda Reflex 250 in 3 months because neither I nor the shop could figure out what was making the rattling noise and so I decided not to live with it and got rid of the Reflex 250. I was disappointed because previously I had the Honda Helix 250 which was completely silent. The Honda Silverwing 600 tupperware rattle was worse than what you and I experience on the Burgman 650; however, the shop managed to silence the tupperware after 2 visits to the shop. Burgman 650 rattle: I have the B650 Executive, which has a different windshield setup than the B650 Standard. I noticed that the B650 Standard has a better mounting system than my B650E, but this doesn't matter because I was stuck with my B650E. Windshield Rattle: In a prior post I have pictures of all the places on the windshield that are rattle points and they were all shimmed with double-sided stick take. The dash rattle I fixed with silicon filler in a tube. All the above fixes address the same problem -stop the rattle by creating a cushion to stop tupperware or windshield from making contact with other pieces that create the "rattle". The rattle on the Burgman 650 is definitely something that can be fixed

Mine is more like a buzz, similar to baseball card in the spokes sound.

Found the source, it is part of the dash just below the speedo with the 2 small vents close to the speedo. If I put my hand on it while accelerating the buzz stops. I'm not sure how to fix it. I'll try tightening the 2 screws on either side of the vents and see if that helps.

I have that same problem my wind deflector is loose but not making noise AFAIK. After I fix the noisy dash I'm sure I'll hear something else lol.

I can't seem to get that dash piece to tighten down and stop making noise when I am accelerating and sometimes while maintaining speed. It almost always stops while decelerating though.
Any suggestions?

When I put a few fingers on the dash and ever so slightly press down the noise stops. I checked the fender carefully after an incident with the dealer and it has all the bolts.

GRRRR buzz is back, I thought it was in the wrong spot, I now know with 100% certainty it is the visor part that keeps the sun off of the speedo, it is loose around the lip and I can see a slight gap there, not sure if that is normal but if I put my fingers on top and thumb in towards the speedo and squeeze it is quiet. Anyone know if that is normal or if I have a bad mate up on the plastic pieces? If I lower the windscreen all the way the noise also stops. Not sure what can be done short of drilling a hole and using a washer, bolt and nut to keep the pressure on the pieces like my hand does. Maybe shoving a bunch of foam in there. ANyone know how hard these two parts are to get open.

I have a buzz on my 650. But after a lot of checking, it's the right front rear view mirror. I just ignore it for now until I can figure out an easy way to fix it. I only hear it with my half helmet. The full face blocks the sound. I guess I just figured out the cure Ride with the full face helmet all the time

Yup, straight out of the crate, my new 2012 has a buzz under light acceleration that is coming from the dash just below the wind screen where the upper dash meets the piece just above the instrument cluster......darn noisy and very annoying for a brand new bike. I have located the problem now to figure out how to stop it.......wicked loud buzz while on the throttle.

Exactly where my 2012 is rattling, I can only think of an ugly way to fix it. Drill a bolt between the two pieces and put a washer on the end and tighten it up. That would keep them tightly presssed together to stop it. Not ideal though, foam tape may work. I'm going to go see the dealer and see if they'll handle it under warranty this weekend.

Today I found the noise is right above the instrument cluster, there is a very flimsy piece of plastic that if you just put the littlest pressure on it the noise stops.....hum, how to stop it, there is no screws, I shimmed the seam in 3places with a gummy rubber strip but made no difference...I know if I could remove the piece and put some Dyno matting on the inside it would stop. After looking at it it may be a major project to remove that piece, I can see it now.....start by removing the rear tire and fender, then back rest and seat, remove the front trees and windshield then handle bars....ect ect...get my drift...argggggggg

That's why I plan on letting the dealer deal with it hopefully it will be something covered under warranty.

I have the same rattle, It really rattles at the higher rpm like when you just the the bike, so after i started the bike i reached around while holding a little throttle about 1200-1500rpm as i was touching everything in the front the rattle on my bike turned out to be the left Headlight, I could actually move the headlight a little, as i held the headlight the rattle went away.
