I'm selling my 2009 Yamaha XP500 TMAX. This scooter is in nearly perfect condition with 3202 miles. It is almost showroom clean and runs flawlessly. This is not the ABS model. I've had the scooter for a few months and have decided I'm not suited for the more sporting nature of the TMAX. I'm more of a laid-back Burgman 650 rider. If you tend to be a bit more agressive in your riding style this scoot should suit you fine. There are plenty of reviews and comparos on the web for this scooter, just use Google. Build quality is typical of a Yammy or Honda-- that is just a notch better than a Zuki in my opinion.
