Trying to pay to be gold member

I have clicked on the bottom where we choose what type of membership I want... I thought I would start with a recurring gold membership. when I click on the Support button, I go to the next page... Scrolling down,,, I get to the levels of membership... I click on either the subscribe now or pay button and get a blank window... I have turned off my firewall and I get the same result... I guess there is a problem... what can I do.

They are not speedy about upgrading ones status after paying either However the reason I support this site is that I what I have learned is more valuable than what I have paid - and even if there will be no recognition I would do so again.
