White Burg 650 in Suisun City, CA

Saw a white 650 today at about 11:15 am travelling east on Hwy 12 in Fairfield, CA (near the Jelly Belly factory). I was a few cars behind it and in the fast lane. The rider had a large hood or shade over the GPS and I also saw that he was plugged in to helmet speakers. He then made a left turn n/b onto Sunrise Drive in Suisun City and continued on in the slow lane while I made a left turn into a shopping center.
