Getting really frustrated as i cant find a workshop manual for my BURGMAN 125cc 2007 scooter any where, been looking for 2 weeks now, yesturday me and mate changed the coolant, user manual say's it will take 1.6 liters,we only got 0.8 liter out when we removed the pipe at the bottom of the raidiator as well as the pipe at the pump(had this from new SUZUKI main dealer did all other previous coolant changes).
How do you do this correctly and is there a bleed nipple anywhere?.
Thanks.

On the 400, there's a bleed nipple on the top of the engine. I suspect there's one on yours too in the same location.

On the 07+ 400 the bleeder combination screw/bolt is located on the water pump housing.

Hammer, yep watch that vid afew days ago ,i've literally looked everywhere and cant find ANYTHING for the 125cc but plenty out there for the 400cc and above.Gonna check for a bleed nipple if this rain ever stops.Alo final question, user manual says it'll need 1.6 liters of coolant as does the 400(noticed that at the start of the vid)but only got around half of that drained out off mine, any ideas .

Cumbria,England I saw the same request on Burgman Riders.
If you do not have the money but know how to work on a scooter do it yourself. This is how it is done on the 250 /400s. I would think the 125 is much the same. The cap is under the dash area on the 250/400s. This is from the 400 manual.
I have an idea the directions even if you had the proper manual would not be any better. Basically you remove the lower hose and drain and the hose from the engine and drain while the cap is undone. You will find the radiator low down in front of the engine. The mix is 50/ 50. Keep track of how much coolant you remove.

Usually the water pump is down low on the side of the motor and the air bleed screw (if there is one) is up high on the thermostat cover. Other than the dash plastic that hides the rad cap, it might not be necessary to remove any other plastic or at least u don't on the '06 400. Just slip the coolant hose off the water pump, open air bleed, remove rad cap and let drain. Pour some distilled water in the rad fill, to flush the system, and let that drain. Re-attach hose at pump and slowly fill with 50/50, close air bleed when coolant dribbles out and continue the fill. After a couple of heat/cool cycles, check coolant level in both the rad filler neck and the coolant recovery bottle.
The dude in the video wouldn't have near the mess if he removed the hose 1st, then slowly removed the rad cap and loosened the bleed screw.

After a ride or 2, several heat/cool cycles, be sure to remove the rad cap (motor COLD) and check the plastic recovery bottle.....both will probably need topping off with coolant.
