DFW Labor Day Ride

Postby Sharkey » Wed Sep 01, 2010 23:03 23

Anyone interested? I posted in the TWT forum and I'll post a link when I finalize the route this weekend.

Starting in Arlington riding out for lunch somewhere and riding back. Figure on 200 miles at a moderate pace. Possum Kingdom, Glen Rose, Ennis area, or North up towards Muenster are Possible routes.

What time are you planning on starting out? Takes me the better part of an hour just to get to Arlington.

I can't confirm one way or the other once the details are known. I'm always wanting to ride, but with "small kiddos" I have to do much planning in advance. So for me the sooner I know the better.

I sure would enjoy the chance to get together.

Found the thread on the TWT board and see you are planning a late start, that makes this a possible ride for me so I'm a probable.

I was thinking of rolling out around 10A, maybe 9:30am.
Is that late enough for you guys? One guy has a route in mind but is trying to figure out how to post to TWT.
As soon as we have something down, I'll post here.

I'm guessing most should be home by 4p.

Most anything after 9 AM will work for me. I put the word out to the rest of the East Dallas group so maybe a few more will want to join in.
