throttle cable removal?

Postby Oldfart@36 » Wed Aug 15, 2012 22:25 22

Hi All,

I am trying to take off the start switch on the bike so that I can clean the contacts. However, the cables are holding the bottom half up. Do I have to remove them from the throttle body to loosen them so I can disconnect them from the throttle grip assembly? I am hoping there is another way as I don't really want to tear the bike down for this, although I she does need a valve check soon.....

Thanks,

Mike
