I used to have those and did not read the fine print on the posting for compacc.com and was soaked after riding in the rain to a photo shoot. It was frustrating spending the first 50 or so minutes trying to blow dry my crotch from all the water that got past the liner.

AirGlide 3s - cooler than your jeans and good protection.

Scott Distinct 2 4 season Gortex up to 80 degrees and down near freezing. Touring jacket plus the Airglides.

Local riding and off pavement my long wearing Joe Rocket short mesh.

Hot weather ....Fox armored shirt.

All with the Airglides....long johns when cool, rain overpants if wet tho I often don't bother ....Gaerne Trial Boots keep my feet dry.

I can't find nothing to fit me, I'm so huge. In warm weather I wind up wearing a collared short sleeve Polo shirt size 4XL or 5XL and 56" blue jeans with the biggest fattest legs (minimum 22" circumference) that I can find, then I still have to cut the back of the legs open so that I can get them on. When I ride at night and it gets down to 75 or cooler, I wear a 6XL Heavy Cowhide Leather Jacket with liner, and when it gets down to 65, I wear a feather down puffer jacket under the leather jacket,. When it gets to 60 or below I wear a 4XL FirstGear Riding Suit, with the puffer jacket underneath it, with some good riding boots and of course gloves when needed. No riding under 50 degrees. I'm a true Floridian (can't take the cold).

Feb 2016 and have done more miles in 5 months than the previous owner did in 8 years.
Mar 2016 3 MC tires in 17500 miles then went Darkside - Federal Formosa FD1 165/60r 14 - now 8000 miles in and finding it far superior to the MC tyre's.

Thanks Racer X, that's some good info. I will have to check into those further later when I get time.

What I should have said instead of "I can't find nothing to fit me", is that it is difficult to find something to fit me.
Thanks again.

WAIT WHAT??????

BTW...I do know (I have had it done with my hockey gear) that a lot of companies will do custom sizing for certain models in their line.

It's called "Pro Stock" in the hockey world and I don't know if it would be the same in the motorcycle industry?

Now granted, the majority of companies are going to only do it for their more expensive lines of equipment but you will be able to have it made exactly to your specifications.

Spending the extra money makes up for all the time spent trying to find the perfect fit.

I have had skates, gloves, sticks, etc. made to my specific needs, and when I need more as I wear them out. The price of the 2nd and beyond run goes back to normal pricing because of the initial setup costs.

Just my 2 cents to all of this...

Draggin (Aus) jeans & cargos; airglide3 pants, Olympia Switchback Hi-Viz (& a Nova2 vest), 2 Belstaff Cordura jackets (1 is 4-season), Belstaff leather jacket, Joe Rocket King Cruiser Jacket - ; 2 helmets - one "wine", one white for seasonal options, Bates leather biking boots (high-cut), 3 pair of gloves (depending on weather). And I always wear a pair of MX knee-shin guards when I wear the Draggins - abrasion protection is great, but I also would like to keep the knees intact!

Yes, I know I need another closet! But trying to find good gear that fits when you live in the boonies... lots of good deals on flea-Bay but when all you have to go by is the "size chart", sometimes the fit isn't quite right... I am going to be having a purging sale soon now that I have found enough quality gear, that fits well, to cover me in most conditions.
(Oh yeah - and an Olympia rain jacket & Frog Toggs pants in the "pet carrier" in case the weather changes unexpectedly.)
