EP08 - PANAM Mile 0 starts in Chile ends in Alaska

After 18 days on the road and gone to the Tip of the North and then coming down south on this episode I arrive to the milestone of the trip. Where the PANAM route starts, also you will notice I've switched to the ninja 250 as you may already know.

The last 100 miles were harsh, sun-rain-sun-rain-sun, put on the rain suit, take it off: repeat(that's the dialog you will hear at the end of the video). I had to tune in the ...Eye of the Tiger song to get some extra stamina to get there.

hope you like it and look forward for your comments.

Awesome! I fixed it on Dec-Jan. I decided to replace a couple parts to be on the safe side as I usually ride it hard 'literally' lol. I ended up replacing the rim and caliper. I'm currently riding it on a 400miles weekend trip.

Good to know it's back on track! Just keep an eye on the failed unit until your sure it stays in place.

And do take more pictures or vids during the trips, it's always a great fun to watch!

Also what episode is best to show to your fellow countrymen here, up North?

Since then I now I use a sharpie to mark all nuts so I can check them faster. Not much to worry as it's all new. axle, nut, washers etc.

It's hard to tell which vid is the best, more episodes are still on the works but it seems that people like more the ones with aerial footage. those are 3 and 4.

next episode will be on my way up going through the green South.

You can make it best by adding a personal flavour to any episode of your choice.

This trip I rode through Chile only from north to south.
I'm planning the one from Chile to Prudhoe Bay, got a couple of friends in Anchorage that would help me out, in the meantime I'm waiting to see If I got laid off or something like that so I can do it soon, lol. Im aiming 2018 for this big one at the moment.

The dorian gap anyways, the only way is to circumvent it by boat or plane, from Colombia to Panama where the PANAM restarts.

I was looking for very specific information....flight/boat operators, schedules, cost, etc. (:
