I can't remember who it was ,but one of the members found a set that was designed for a car that matched perfectly and a lot cheaper than Suzuki's. He said it helped a bunch in the winter.
is that help wind stay off the passenger's legs? That's where my wakeboard bindings around that area.. I ducked out my feet out to block some wind far up front end of the floorboard under glovebox, if I have side visors, I guess I don't need to duck out my feet
I find in hot weather (without these items) that I need to push my knees wide outside the frame to get some airflow.. Can I assume that with these, that gets even harder to do? Am I making sense?
can you get them off and put them back on later?
I am serious about buying them, heater grips and hand guards in a few months before stupid cold fronts come down in Texas
Take a good look at Bakerbuilt Air Wings.. I have them on my 650 and they are great! They can be set to EITHER pull air in TO you or direct it OFF of you. Controllable while driving if you want, or set and forget.
They came late today. I plan to put one side on and then go riding with it to see if there is a noticeable difference side to side. I was going to do that tonight, but it is storming out, so I'll wait until tomorrow.
I put the left side on this evening, since it is supposed to sit for 24 hours before use. Lousy photos since they were taken at night in the garage.
Here are the parts, less the two clips I already had installed at the time.
Locating the lower bracket
Locating the upper bracket, which is not as shown on the instructions due to the US reflector. I estimated the center.
Both brackets in place
Left Side Visor installed
From the rear (smaller than it actually looks when seated)
From the front

Tomorrow, if it isn't still raining/storming, I'll take it for a ride and compare left to right. If the lighting cooperates, I'll get some better photos, too.
