It is small metal filter in plastic part of pump where electronic goes. It can not be taken off from this plastic. When we finally found it, it was very very dirty so we cleaned it and putted back with my old (original) pump and works great!!!

We cleaned it with ultrasonic cleaner!

Thank you all for all help and brainstorming.
Good job. I sold my bike but i still have the original pump to save it for maybe a future 650.

Learning patience.

Great News! So good to hear that you found the problem and got it fixed. Many Thanks to Bobak and Hussein for showing us the problem and showing us how to resolve the problem. This will help many of us here now, Did you have any picture of this small filter that clogs? Any pictures that shows it's location? If would be nice it you had an edited picture with an arrow that pointed to the exact spot where this small filter is.
How many miles on your 08' 400?
Congratulations again on your success!

My Burgman has around 11.000 miles on it.

Live images of actual plastic part that have inside of self this little (unmovable) filter are on first page, those are pictures of Husseins bike but it is just the same for Burgman 400.

I attached picture from manual of this plastic part (it is number 4 in picture).

All the best to all.
