Back on the graphics grind for the burgman

Hello folks...

I'm sure you thought the graphics project was stalled, right? Gosh, there's no foolin you folks!

ANyhow, we're back on the design schedule and someone here should check over at streetglo every few days and let folks here know when it's time to look.

I really need your opinions on the new concepts we'll show. If I don't get direction from you, then we'll end up making this more generic to fit your bikes and others as well versus a burg only concept.

My son's a graphics designer and he has shown me his concepts for the bike and it really looks great. They are all very simple concepts and for me, remarkably stylish.

I'll post these at http://www.streetglo.net shortly. Follow up please.

Thanks,
Bill

I'm also interested in some extra reflectivity for the Burgman 650

- Fargazer, riding "Greebo", an '05 Blue Burgman 650:
Clearview barndoor w vent, GIVI E52 & E41's , Russell Day-Long with backrest, Race Tech emulators, Fournales shocks.

I like the Tidal Canon concept except for the ones on the front up under the windshield cover. Adds something to the bike without being gaudy.

The other two are a little heavy for my taste.

I'd like to see something that follows the lines of the bike. Similar to the Italians Burgman club logo. Something that flows making the bike look like it is moving when its not. The curvey lines don't do much for me. Sorry. Hope this makes sense.

I agree with speed, something slimmer and longer to follow the lines of bike.

Although the 'Dual Stripe' is my favorite (yep, I'm more conservative), I'm concerned that it might be hard to apply, since I'm a pretty poor do-it-yourselfer. If the 'Speed Blocks' concept is easier to put on the bike, I'd go for that in a heartbeat.

And I agree that something for rear visibility should be available. The 'fancy rears' graphics look fine to me; I'm indifferent about the Suzuki S.

I'm delighted to know this project is back on the radar screen!

Cordially,
Chris
