Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

Can anyone tell me where the VIN is on the burgman650?

The VIN is on the metal tag that's right under the larger, lockable glove box. Should be plainly obvious to the rider when sitting on the bike.

Do you have remnants of one there? Such as holes from the rivets? I suspect that your bike was somehow pieced together, and the VIN was removed. The VIN is stamped elsewhere, but I'd have to look it up in the service manual to find that out.

The frame serial # or VIN # is stamped on the right side fork frame down tube. The engine serial # is located on the left side of the crankcase just below and behind the oil sight glass.
