Cell phone in a holster on the left hip. .45 cal. in a holster on the right hip. Not worried about who knows where I am.

Many years ago I started out with nothing; still have most of it left.

By this point now many of us have Bluetooth headsets attached to our helmets such that even if the phone is under the seat, you still can speak into it.
I cannot seem to wear my phone holster on my waist as I feel it digs into my gut when seated on the bike with my gear on.
Are Ram mounts secure enough that the phone won't get ejected & go flying out in a fall?

Top zipped jacket pocket
Earbuds in with phone answering button on cable, music playing and talking GPS when activated.

Of course if I dont feel like answering a call I wont, the ringtone I use is one of my favourite songs, so non intrusive.

Oct 2015 purchased 2007 Phantom Grey Metallic AN650 - 7000 miles
Feb 2016 and have done more miles in 5 months than the previous owner did in 8 years.
Mar 2016 3 MC tires in 17500 miles then went Darkside - Federal Formosa FD1 165/60r 14 - now 8000 miles in and finding it far superior to the MC tyre's.

When I had my Nolan with but in bluetooth I kept it in one of the cubbies. When my wife has me take her iPhone I velcro it to the handlebar cover.

I wear an Aerostich two piece Roadcrafter riding suit which has a jacket with a lot of pockets. I carry my cell phone in the left side, waist pocket. I carry my wallet in the right side, waist pocket. My phone is always on in case I need to use it quickly.

Not only is it there for my own use in an emergency or urgent need, but I've come across a number of crashes in rural areas and called 911 for medical and CHP (Calif Highway Patrol).

My first aid kit is in the right side, non-locking glovebox of my Burg - again, easy access when needed.

I have a SafePac shoulder bag with its strap looped around the steering head which allows the bag to hang down in front of my knees. I carry my water bottle, hand sanitizer, notepad & pen, gate opener, pepper spray & misc small items in it.
