Laser LED- Tail / Fog lights

I ran across this on Ebay today, I had never heard of these. For 4 bucks I figured I can't go wrong. Seems like a great idea, especially in fog, misty weather. It seams Audi is putting these in some of their cars now.

After looking at the video I hope this doesn't catch on. Imagine if some or all vehicles had it. What if the colors were mixed too. How distracting would the laser plume be in the fog? What about rain? I wouldn't want to see hundreds of thousands of of bright, vivid dots in front of my eyes at night. I have enough spots before my eyes now.

Well, I'l llet ya know how it works out. Rumor has it Santa's bringing me a Go Pro clone for Xmas. I hope to video some rides this year.

Maybe I can get some video from behind me, riding in the fog.

Don't hold your breath though, I have been known to buy things and never hook them up Especially when they cost 4.00.

I have a clutch, '08 headlight assembly, cheap riding lights and a laminar lip around here somewhere. I think they're buried under a bunch of $4 crap.
