Question to Admin Re: "advertising"
Several years ago, I met BJ Strass on this site. He was putting out an invite to fellow scooterists to join in on an informal, Colorado tour. I have hence ridden with him for the last three summers all over Colorado. During the ride this past summer, he and another rider started entertaining the idea of a scooter touring company. He and his partner have advanced this to now offering group tours in the Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona region. Specific areas and routs will vary by time of year and conditions and circumstances at the time. Their primary focus will be foreign customers, simply because they would have the greatest interest and appreciation for maxi scooter touring. There is a possibility I will have some involvement in some of the tours, in offering my property in Grand Junction as a stopover and/or base of operations for tours in this area. Although I would probably receive some financial compensation, this has not been discussed at this point and, it is not my main interest, here. I am just excited about seeing the sport and our area shared with others. BJ isn't planning on formal advertising but, is asking his acquaintances to spread the word through scooter sites. So, without going into detail, would it be okay for me to mention something about this, either in general scooter talk or, rallies and gatherings, along with a link to their site?

Better to have scooted and got lost, than to never have scooted at all.
