can't find on BMW parts sites for motorcycles or cars, can only find on eBay
wonder if the guy in Cali will hold at 85 plus shipment?
looks like a nice fuel solution
but i may look at the 'camping' containers mentioned as well

I still will keep my MSR bottles. If you leave about 1 inch for expansion and cap them tight they will not leak. A 30 ounce bottle will give me about 12 miles reserve and I carry two. https://www.rei.com/product/783963/m...p-cap-30-fl-oz

Tho it may be helpful, to me it looks like such a waste of valuable truck space. My trunk in completely full of all kinds of important stuff, like Rainsuit, Big Bag of Tools, Jumper Cables, Bottle pf Oil, Bottle of Coolant, Flashlights, Air Compressor, Bottle of Ride On, Mosquito Repellant, Water Bottle, Face Shields, Safety Vests, Hats, First Aid Kit, Road Safety Reflector, Folding Walking Cane, Bungee Cords, Mirrors, and lots of other stuff. I can go about 150-160 miles on a tank, so I start looking for a gas station at about 120-130 miles.

As far as the cages go, I've had all kinds,
but Toyota's Rule, no doubt!
