Default Removing the front box.

To change the cooling fluid I want to remove the front box. I removed all the screws, the parking brake handle, and the connectors for the accessory plug. It seems the be blocked where it abutts against the perforated front center section of the foot board. Is there some trick in removing this?

Yes,

I'm using LeDude's site plus the Suzuki manual. I must be doing something wrong though.

The only thing I recall removing was the black radiator cover in the front, and the hump cover. I had enough access to do the job from there.

Did you removed the 2 screws inside the main glove box?

There is a hook right in the center that hooks it to the tunnel cover that you have to wiggle a little to get to release.

You are right. Removing the front box is unnecessary.

THANKS!

Yes.

Maybe I didn't giggle it right. In any case, I was able to change the coolant without removing it so I just screwed it back.

I can't get the sucker off as well.

I looks so easy in LeDudes video.

Maybe the mechanic did something wrong when he installed a new one after my crash.

It seems to be sticking at the nose of the center glove compartment.

Suggestions?

Erik
I had no problem with mine after following Le Dudes instructions.
