2006 400 ecm

I am needing advice on my 400. It is a 2006 model. Everything seems to be working, but the engine will not fire. It turns over, all lights work fuel pump comes on starter engages but it wont spark. A man told me it could be the ecm/ecu. I am in need of one if anyone has one for sale. Or if anyone has any insight as to what it may be wrong.

I have another post on the forum from yesterday about it. Hope thats ok. I have checked the kickstand switch, kill switch and cleaned all connections. It also has 12volts going to the coil. I have checked the FI codes and C00 came on the display. I am totally lost. Thanks in advance.

Take the spark plug out and replug it to the cap and put it on the frame for ground connection, try to move it away from the engine head to be safe, then, crank the engine and see if there is spark, if not, then you need to test the coil resistance and peak voltage, and you need to check the cable as well, sometimes the cable need replacement, you can take the cable out and test it by twisting/rotating it counterclockwise from the coil side, if the coil and the cable are okay then you need to check the connection between the coil and the ECM by unplugging the ECM and measuring the coil resistance from there. If the resistance is identical to the coil resistance then you got a bad ECM need to be replaced, and if the resistance was higher then you have a grounded connection need to be traced.
Good luck.

Learning patience.
