Wales, in the UK, Llantwit Major near Cardiff

Just got around to joining the forum. I'm new to the 650 but I had a 400 and a TMAX in the past. We only get the executive over here so apart from removing the backrest it's everything I wanted... and it's not fully broken in yet. 6000rpm for another few hundred miles but that's no chore. It's white and I wear a hi-vis helmet... has a interesting effect on traffic! ??. Looking forward to learning from you guys!

Hi, Fit some 100/90 H4's some cheap Chinese led projector lamps (about 20 on ebay) and watch em move out of the way on motorways. Nice to see that I'm not the only burgy 650 rider on this side of the pond.

Hi Rog,I ride a white 650.Covered around 1,800 miles since mid December purchase, mines white with a Givi box with fluorescent inserts and band round it plus fluorescent jacket and yes car drivers do notice you approaching and they slow down and hesitate before overtaking

Never look down on anyone, unless you're helping them up.

Welcome to the forum, Rog5150. I too have a white Burg & fluorescent jacket. I'll bet the riding scenery in Wales is beautiful. Google street level view of East Street looks interesting. Enjoy your ride and check in every so often, posting pictures of the scenery if you can. Ride safe!
