No more maxi-scoots...

I finally heard an alternative description, other than maxi-scoot, for these
fine pieces of machinery that we all ride.......

...Sport Utility Motorcycles....

What say ye all?

Re: No more maxi-scoots...

Think not. SUM suggests competency off the pavement. From reading past posts, the burgy is barely adequate off the roadway.

I coined Sport Utility Bike (SUB) a while back and then seemed to go over well with some people...you can use it if you like

I believe that description is overly generous. Traction is horrible in grass and dirt in my experience.

Re: No more maxi-scoots...

Upon reflection, they are sporty, and have a good amount of utility. Ergo, it'll work.

Road warrior?

Traffic slayer?

Urban assult vehicle?

Iím not afraid to go fast Ė itís the crashing and burning that scares me.

Actually, I'm too cheap to go too fast. Have you seen the price of gas lately?

It's SO time for another long road trip!!! - like THAT'S ever going to happen now.
